I visited the hotel for a last-minute stay in London and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience I had. Everything was great, but what I liked the most was the attention to detail in the room. the down pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep, and the tea/coffee making equipment was a nice touch. the room was immaculate with soundproof windows and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. I was truly satisfied with my stay and grateful for the exceptional hospitality.
